We will do our best to dispatch the items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Within Denmark the items are delivered by Post Danmark as a letter, so you do not need to collect from the Post Office.
Within Denmark the cost of delivery (express) is:
For children underpants:
For 1 pair it is 2,70 GBP, for 2 pairs it is 3,66 GBP, for 3-5 pairs it is 5,78 GBP, for 6-11 pairs it is 8,67 GBP and for 12 and more it is 13 GBP.
For adult underpants:
For 1 pair it is 3,66 GBP, for 2-4 pairs it is 5,78 GBP, for 5-6 pairs it is 8,67 and for 7 and more it is 13 GBP.
The items are delivered as a letter. Outside Denmark you will be charged an extra fee according to Post Danmark. A cheaper and slower delivery can be chosen in the webshop, called "Normal".
Delivery to an adress in Denmark takes 1-2 bank days. Timely delivery to you, requires that Post Danmark delivers on time.
Changes and returns.
It is very important for us that you are totally satisfied with the products, you have bought. You won’t know this, until you hold the underpants in your hand. Should you regret your purchase, you can return the items to us within 14 days of delivery date. We will repay you the money a few days after we have received the returned items. The underpants must be returned in the same condition as you received them and must not have been used or washed. The underpants must be returned in intact and original packaging. We pay the return cost if you return the items as an economy letter.
If you would like another size or design, the easiest way, is to order the pair you want from our homepage so you instantly know, if it is in stock. The pair you do not want to keep, you return within 14 days of delivery date.
DRY & COOL provides, according to Danish law, two years warranty if the product has defects which have occurred due to normal use. The warranty does not cover defects or wear which has occurred due to misuse or poor maintenance. DRY & COOL controls all items before shipping, but if anything is faulty with your received goods, you can return it to DRY & COOL, Havremarken 4, Hal A3, 3650 Ølstykke, Denmark. Please include an explanation and the original invoice. When we receive the returned items, you will receive an e-mail about the further process. We pay your return delivery if the complaint is justified and you return the items as an economy letter.

We register your personal information only with the purpose of being able to supply the product to you and provide you the best possible service in relation to your purchase. All information is stored safely and will not be passed on to third party.
