We do not take card fees.
Delivery
We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Products ordered before 15:00 are normally shipped on the same day.
The products will be delivered through PostNord as letters. Delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Timely delivery to you is dependent on PostNord delivering on time. You are responsible for providing the correct address, including street number, to ensure delivery of your order.
Freight prices are from 9 GBP.

Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel an order without reason within 30 days. If you have purchased multiple items in one order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some, or all, of the items in your order. See the section “Refunds for Cancelled Orders” to learn more about the refunding of delivery costs in the case of partially cancelled orders. The cancellation period will end 30 days after the day on which you, or your chosen recipient (though not the transporter of the order), come into physical possession of the order. If you have ordered multiple items which we cannot deliver simultaneously, the cancellation period begins on the day on which you come into physical possession of the last item of your order. If the cancellation period ends on a public holiday, a Saturday or the 24th or 31st of December, the cancellation period will be extended until the next business day.
The cancellation policy is only valid for customers.
If you would like another size or design, the easiest way, is to order the pair you want from our homepage so you instantly know, if it is in stock. The pair you do not want to keep, you return within 30 days of delivery date.
How to cancel your order
You can cancel your order by sending us a message clearly stating that you are cancelling your order. You can, for example, send a letter or email in which you state your cancellation to DRY & COOL, c/o Textile Logistics, Fabriksvej 20, 7441 Bording, Denmark, info@dryandcool.co.uk
You cannot cancel by refusing to receive or take delivery of your order without also informing us of your cancellation at the same time. The cancellation is valid if you make your cancellation known before the end of the cancellation period. You have 14 days to send back your item(s) to us after cancelling your order. You must pay for the return of the item(s) and are liable for any damage to the item(s) during transport.
The condition of the item when you return it
If the item(s) has lost value due to you using the item in a way that is not necessary to determine the type of item(s), its characteristics, and its functionality, you can only receive a partial refund. We do also not refund washed products. The value of the refund is dependent on the commercial value of the item(s), and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back. It can e.g. be if you have washed the product.
If you wish to exchange the delivered item(s) for one with a different colour or size, it is easiest to make a new order so that you can immediately find out if the item(s) is in stock.
Ordered products must be returned to DRY & COOL, c/o Textile Logistics, Fabriksvej 20, 7441 Bording, Denmark. Products cannot be sent via cash on delivery or without delivery. We do not pick up packages at parcel shops.
Refunds for cancelled orders
We refund all payment for your order upon its cancellation, including potential shipping costs. This does not include expenses resulting from choosing delivery methods that are more expensive than the cheapest delivery method we offer. We do not refund shipping costs if you have purchased multiple items in one order, and only wish to return part of your order. We refund your payment without unnecessary delay, and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your order cancellation message. We may withhold your refund until receiving the item(s) you wish to return, or until receiving documentation proving the return of the item(s). Refunds are made through the same payment method used in the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed to use a different payment method. In any case, you will not be subject to any fees as a result of the refund.
Products shall be sent to: DRY & COOL, c/o Textile Logistics, Fabriksvej 20, 7441 Bording, Denmark. We only accept returned products sent directly to this address.
We do not pay the return cost.
Warranty in Case of product defects/Problems
DRY & COOL provides – in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act – a 2-year warranty in the case of product defects or problems found in the normal use of the product. The warranty does not cover problems or wear and tear resulting from misuse or poor maintenance of the product. DRY & COOL checks all products prior to shipment, but if the product has a defect and you file a timely complaint, you have the right to have your product replaced or repaired. If this is not possible, or does not happen within a reasonable timeframe, you may receive a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.
If you notice a product defect, a complaint must be filed within a reasonable timeframe. We recommend filing a complaint as soon as possible, particularly in the event of damage during shipment. Any complaint filed within 2 months of the discovery of the product defect is always considered to be within a reasonable timeframe. If the complaint is valid we will refund reasonable and necessary shipping costs. You should therefore save your receipt.
If you wish to file a complaint about a product, we ask that you describe the problem in as much detail as possible. This is not a requirement, but it will speed up our investigation of the problem, and minimise the processing time for your complaint.
Securely package the product, and send it to DRY & COOL, c/o Textile Logistics, Fabriksvej 20, 7441 Bording, Denmark including the reason for your complaint and invoice. We will pay for return shipment in the event that the complaint is valid and the product has not been sent as a quick letter.
Note: We do not receive returned products sent via cash on delivery or without delivery (delivered to a parcel shop, for example).
Complaint appeal
In the unlikely event that it cannot be agreed what you are entitled to, a complaint can be filed to the EU Commission’s online complaint platform at
http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Personel data with purchases
We need the following data when you purchase products from us: your name, address, telephone number, and email address. We register and transmit the personal data necessary to deliver your order to you. This personal data is registered with DRY & COOL and is kept for 5 years, after which the data is deleted. In addition, we work with a number of other businesses which store and process data. These businesses process this data exclusively on our behalf and may not use the data for their own purposes.
We only work with data processing businesses located within the EU, or within countries in which your data is adequately protected.

You have the right to be informed of what information we use about you. You have the right to have this information corrected if you feel it is not correct. In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it. One such case could be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose we originally needed it. You can also contact us if you feel that your data is being used in violation of the law.
