Right of withdrawal
You may cancel your purchase without giving any reason within 30 days. If you have purchased several items in one order, you may choose to cancel the purchase of some or all of the items. See the section “Refund of money in case of cancellation” for information on reimbursement of delivery costs in the event of partial cancellation. The cancellation period expires 30 days after the day on which you or another person of your choosing (but not the carrier) obtains physical possession of the goods. If you have ordered several items in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the cancellation period runs from the day you obtain physical possession of the last item. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
The right of cancellation only applies to consumers.
How to cancel
You exercise the right of cancellation by clearly notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. For example, you can send a letter or an email stating that you wish to cancel to DRY & COOL, c/o Textile Logistics, Fabriksvej 20, 7441 Bording, or to info@dryandcool.dk.
You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the goods or by failing to collect them without at the same time informing us that you are cancelling. The cancellation period is complied with if you send your notification that you wish to cancel the purchase before the 14-day deadline has expired. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us. You must pay the cost of returning the parcel yourself, and you are liable if any damage occurs during transport.
If we receive a parcel back as uncollected and the reason is cancellation, we will deduct DKK 39, which corresponds to the actual return costs that we are charged by the freight companies.
Condition of the goods when you return them
If the goods have lost value because you have used them in a way other than what was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, you can only get a part of the purchase amount back. The amount you may receive back depends on the goods’ commercial value and, in some cases, this may mean that you can only have the shipping costs refunded. This may be the case, for example, if you have washed the product.
If you wish to exchange the delivered goods for a different colour or size, the smartest way is to place a new order so that you can immediately see whether the item is in stock.
Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or without home delivery. We do not collect returned parcels from parcel shops. Therefore, please do not use DAO.
If you bought before 1 March 2024, you can return to DRY & COOL, c/o Textile Logistics, Fabriksvej 20, 7441 Bording. We do not refund the amount for the return freight.
If you bought on 1 March 2024 or later, you can use this link dryandcool/retur to download a return label and send your goods back. We do not pay for your return shipping, so DKK 39 will be deducted. Please enclose the delivery note that you receive together with the parcel label.
Refund of money in case of cancellation
When you cancel, we refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs. This does not apply to additional costs incurred because you chose a delivery method that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer. If you have purchased several goods in one order and only cancel part of your purchase, we do not refund the delivery costs. We refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received your notification of cancellation.
