More confidence and fewer worries in everyday life
Small accidents are a natural part of growing up. However, for children with incontinence, even a minor accident can cause significant embarrassment and anxiety. Many parents choose disposable pads or nappies, which can often be visible, uncomfortable, or make a child feel different from their peers. The washable incontinence pants from DRY & COOL have been specially developed for children and provide a discreet and comfortable solution for light incontinence.
- Look just like ordinary pants and briefs
- Effectively absorb small urine leaks
- Help children feel more confident at school, during leisure activities and in social situations
- Made from soft and comfortable materials
- Washable and reusable time and time again
These incontinence pants are suitable for light daytime incontinence, which you can read more about here.
The material is only slightly thicker than ordinary children's underwear, and most children therefore find the pants completely natural and comfortable to wear. This allows the child to feel more confident and focus on play, school and friends rather than worrying about small accidents.
Our goal is to give children with incontinence greater freedom, increased independence and a daily life with fewer limitations.
Incontinence Pants for Girls and Boys
Our incontinence pants for children are suitable for light daytime urinary incontinence. The products are not waterproof and are not designed for faecal incontinence.
For many children, absorbent underwear can make social activities much easier. Children do not have to worry about classmates or friends noticing a small accident, which can help improve both self-esteem and quality of life.
The pants are designed in Denmark and manufactured in Poland, with a strong focus on quality, comfort and functionality.

High Absorbency Without Looking Like a Nappy
DRY & COOL’s incontinence pants are designed to absorb small urine leaks effectively without compromising on comfort or appearance. The boys’ styles can absorb up to approximately 80 ml of urine, while the girls’ styles can absorb around 75 ml.
This typically corresponds to one or two small accidents and is more than many traditional disposable pads for children can manage. The smaller girls’ models absorb slightly less, while the larger boys’ models absorb slightly more. We have worked hard to provide the highest possible absorbency without making the underwear look bulky or feel uncomfortable.
The absorbent core is permanently sewn into the underwear and helps keep urine contained within the garment, allowing the child to feel more confident and secure throughout the day.
Design and Fit Developed with Children in Mind
To create the best possible fit, we involved real children in the development of our products. We understand that both comfort and appearance are important to children.
That is why our underwear is designed in modern patterns and colours that children enjoy wearing. We have chosen darker colours and patterns that help conceal moisture more effectively than plain light-coloured fabrics.
As the underwear is designed for light incontinence, it is only slightly bulkier than ordinary underwear. This makes it discreet under clothing and helps reduce the risk of a child feeling different or becoming the target of teasing.
We offer sizes for younger children, school-age children and teenagers:
- Boys: 3–16 years (7 sizes)
- Girls: 5–16 years (6 sizes)
We also offer adult sizes for both men and women, which teenagers can of course use as well.
How to Choose the Right Size
You will find a helpful size guide on each individual product page.
The most accurate way to find the correct size is to measure the waistband of a pair of underwear that the child already wears:
- Lay the underwear flat on a table.
- Measure the waistband from one side to the other.
- Multiply this measurement by 2.
This will give you the waist circumference, which can then be compared with the child’s age and size.
This will give you the waist measurement, which can then be compared with the child’s age and size.
Example:
Size 7–8 years (122–128 cm) has a waistband circumference of approximately 50 cm for girls and 51 cm for boys.
Please note that the waistband may shrink by around 0.5 cm after washing.

When Are Incontinence Pants the Right Choice?
Incontinence pants are particularly suitable for children with light daytime urinary incontinence or occasional urine leakage. They help children focus on play, learning and social activities rather than worrying about visible accidents.
If your child wets the bed (bedwetting), we also offer products designed specifically for this. Pjama incontinence trousers are ideal for sleepovers and school trips and can be used as an alternative to nappies.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can the underwear be used for sports?
Yes. The underwear fits closely and comfortably to the body, making it suitable for sports, play and other physical activities.
How many times can the underwear be washed?
The underwear is designed to withstand many washes at 60°C while maintaining both its shape and functionality when cared for properly.
Can the underwear be used at night?
We do not recommend our own incontinence underwear for night-time use. For bedwetting, we recommend products with a higher absorbency level. See our bedwetting products here.
How do I know if the absorbency is sufficient?
Most models can absorb between 75 and 80 ml of urine, which typically corresponds to one or two small accidents. For larger amounts of urine loss, we recommend products with a higher absorbency capacity.
For boys, we also offer two models (Dry Black and Planes) that can absorb a little more, approximately 125 ml. As a result, these models are naturally slightly thicker.
